The secret to successful men in office work today is to think and act like a woman.

A survey of 64,000 people around the world shows that men possessing considerate, sensitive, gentle qualities - these are typical traits of women - often achieving more success in public work compared to masculine men.

Volunteers are required to choose the personalities on the list of 125 characters they think are necessary to succeed at work. Scientists have divided 125 characters into three groups including 'masculine', 'feminine' and 'neutral' .

The 'masculine' group includes characters such as pride, arrogance, courage, aggression, self-confidence, mastery in work, etc. Meanwhile, the 'feminine' group includes honesty , humble, creative, adaptable, sensitive, gentle, considerate and sympathetic.

The survey results show that 66% of respondents believe the world will become better if men think and act like women.

Personality that is considered 'feminine' like sociable, graceful, trustworthy, sensitive, . is considered to be essential elements to succeed in today's work. But 'masculine' traits like expressing superiority, arrogance, ambition, enthusiasm, etc. are minus points in modern work.

Dr. John Gerzema, a sociologist and team member conducting the survey, said: 'We are preparing a new era where our work will be less conflict and confrontation. while the level of trust and cooperation is increased '.
