Microsoft abandoned the name IE 7+

Microsoft has decided to remove the name Internet Explorer 7+ - the name was originally used to set the next browser version built into Windows Vista.

After receiving a lot of feedback - most of them are non-positive feedback - from users via IE Blog, Microsoft has decided to use only a single name Internet Explorer 7 for Windows XP operating system. and Vista instead of using the name IE 7+.

" We decided to go back to Internet Explorer 7, " said Tony Chor, IE product manager.

However, even if the name is not the same, users of Internet Explorer 7 in Vista will definitely get a lot different from the IE 7 versions running on other operating system platforms.

Windows Vista is expected to launch in January next year.
