Volunteers are divided into two groups , including those who exercise and do not exercise, live in the normal environment for the first 2-3 weeks.

In the second phase , volunteers were taken to NASA Research Center in Houston, Texas. They will have 10 weeks on the bed, the body will lean slightly backwards, the legs will be facing up.
