This is the shadow of a satellite around Jupiter, according to NASA.
The strange shadow is from a satellite of Jupiter when it obscures the Sun , like an eclipse of the Earth. NASA said that shadow has a length of up to 3540km.
Jupiter is the largest planet in the Milky Way. Therefore, there are some satellites that often obscure the Sun and leave their shadows on Jupiter. In addition, the cause of the phenomenon is because the planet is not "tilted" much compared to its orbit, according to NASA.
The image was taken by NASA's Juno solar-powered spacecraft on September 11 in the 22nd orbit of Jupiter.
