New solution to the mystery of '6th sense'
In life, we all have at least one intuition told. That premonition or intuition is called the "sixth sense". Currently, although science is very developed, the "6th sense" is always one of the unexplained mysteries of scientists.
What is the 6th sense?
The sixth sense is the concept of human ability to receive information through a supernatural channel, superior to the other five normal senses. It is not a specific sense.
Dr. Tran Dai Phuc, University of Natural Sciences, Hanoi National University said: The sixth sense is the concept of the ability of people to receive information through a supernatural channel, superior to 5 senses. That is normal. It is not a specific sense. So far, this sublime ability is still a mystery to humanity.
Ancient story about "6th sense"
The Russian scientist, Mendeleev (1834-1907), who invented the law of circulating chemical elements , saw clearly the entire periodic table that appeared before his eyes in the dream. This could be explained because he had studied this problem for decades and by the time he was ripe, the result had appeared in his dream, he just sat up and copied.
Poet Nag Lermontov (1814-1841) recounted the story when he was a border officer in Kabkaz. One day he was sitting playing cards with his soldiers and seeing a person with a different face from his usual day, he said to him: " You have to be on guard, maybe you're going to die unexpectedly. Tonight, you should sleep at the border guard station and come back tomorrow morning . The soldier did not believe, left and along the road was stabbed by a drunk.
British politician Churchchill (1874-1965), won the Nobel Prize for literature in 1953, twice as British Prime Minister (1940-1945) and (1951-1955), once escaped death in the bombardment of air Nazi troops are due to intuition. In 1944, Churchchill was just about to leave the missile battle, when German airstrikes hit. The driver hurriedly broke the engine for the car. For some reason, Churchchill refused to get into the car and the loop ran behind him. At that moment, a bomb exploded right next to the door of the car, made a big bomb crater, right where Churchchill stood. In his memoirs, Churchchill writes: "It seems that there is an inner strength that tells me to leave right there."
Former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill (1874-1965).
Here comes a question: " Do ordinary people have a premonition?" . As mentioned above, everyone has more or less this ability.
In 1966, in a cold morning in the coal mining village in South Wales, Abefan, a terrible impact was suddenly heard.
The repression of water and the debris accumulated from mining caused an extremely large piece of land to fall from the mountain to destroy anything on its path.
The tsunami battle of stone and shale destroyed the entire class at Pantglas elementary school. In an instant, 116 children and 28 adults were buried alive in the thick, damp black mud.
Before the day of the disaster, Eryl Mai , a schoolgirl at Pantglas Elementary School, talked to her mother that she had dreamed of classes being destroyed and no one was there.
All are covered by something "black". Her parents did not believe what she said leading to Eryl and 115 of her classmates killed the following day.
And the child died the next day when he was buried alive with his two other friends, Peter and June, in the terrifying landslide in Abefan, October 21, 1966.
In 1994, America's Scandal Times newspaper published a strange story about a mother's dream. It was in 1865, a boy named 5-year-old Maks Hoffman in Wisconsin (USA) died of cholera and everyone buried him.
On the night of the burial, the mother heard her son calling for help in the dream. She immediately called her husband to ask him to save him, but the husband refused and said that his wife was too loving to miss her.
The mother's hunch saved her son
But the next night, the mother dreamed of her baby calling for help in a recumbent position to the right, two hands folded under her right cheek. She pleaded with the family members to follow her wishes. Tragically, everyone agreed and dug up his grave.
When the lid of the coffin was opened, everyone was taken aback by seeing the boy lying in the position that the mother saw in her dreams. Although there was no sign of life, the father suddenly carried him to the ground and made artificial respiration.
After 1 hour, the boy was awake. The whole family took the boy to the hospital and a few days later the cholera was completely cured. Maks Hoffman lived up to 80 years old (1860-1940) in Lincoln City (Iowa State, USA).
The most precious souvenir of his life was a small iron knob in the lid of the coffin, from which he was saved by his mother's dream.
Many "6th sense" hunch has saved many lives
Mr. Barrett Naylor in the United States, who worked as a financial manager at the Trade Center, on his way to work on February 26, 1993, suddenly had a strong feeling that today I should not go to the company.
Because he saw something unfortunate, so he called for a break and returned home, the result of that morning the bombing occurred at the Trade Center. In the next 8 years, it was in the morning of November 9, 2001, that he again had a strong feeling about not having similar luck and also thought he should return home.
When he called the company, he also recalled this premonition with his colleagues, and then after returning home he saw the news of the 9/11 terrorist attacks and did not dare to believe that he could escape his ears. This terrible accident.
Explanation of science
We still hear many people talk about "the sixth sense" - the concept of the ability of people to receive information through a supernatural channel, superior to the other 5 senses. Thereby, this person can be inspired, predicting a good or not good thing to happen in the future. However, this supernatural ability is still a great mystery to humankind.
A recent study by Australian scientists has shown that seeing the future or feeling the upcoming mysteries is a brain trick . Accordingly, human psychology is only aware of a few impressions that are perceived by 5 basic senses: sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch. Remaining impressions are subconsciously stored by the brain, ready to be used.
However, in the face of some problems, the human brain did not immediately provide a way to process information, so it created a vague feeling, not completely explained.
In one study, experts invited volunteers to follow two pictures depicting a woman with a pair of different color images. In some times the image appears, women's hairstyle, jewelry, makeup . will change. Each photo will appear for 1.5 seconds.
After observing the two pictures, participants will be asked about the changes that appear in the pictures and are asked to choose from a list of 9 suggestions, from earrings, necklaces, glasses, hats, lipstick, clothes, hairstyle .
The results showed that participants could feel the change even if they could not determine exactly what had changed. In other words, everyone can "feel", "intuition" the change that happened without being able to accurately describe it.
Dr Howe of Melbourne University said: "It is a fact that many people can feel, feel, imagine something without having to rely on traditional senses like seeing, hearing, tasting, Smell and touch to determine, this ability is said to be the 6th sense - ESP ".
Dr. Howe said that the subconscious never ceases to function, always accumulating thanks to information, experience and memory. It is an inexhaustible storehouse for premonition. So hunch is not a blessing, hunch only appears on a brain that has been prepared, along with logical analytical thinking to provide "clues" only.
