Like the first generation American helicopter helicopters, Bell 47 Sioux was named after an Indian tribe. The unique feature of this helicopter lies in the transparent cockpit dome design along with the tail of the aircraft like a crane and fuel tank located right at the intersection of the cockpit and the tail. With only two propellers, while in operation, Bell 47 Sioux's rotor makes a sound that sounds like a 'spire'.
