Historical milestone

More than a month after the declaration of Vietnam independence, on October 13, 1945, Uncle Ho sent a letter to the trade and industry, emphasizing that: "The government, the people and I will be devoted to help. traders in this construction ".

This letter, which has so far been seen as the clearest evidence of Uncle Ho's very clear message about the important role of industry and trade, forces identified as " must work to build one." the economy and finance are strong and prosperous " while " other people in the country are working hard to win the independence of the country ".

For many reasons, this spirit of Uncle Ho's "industrial promotion" has not been promoted in the length of the country's history. For many years, in a subsidized economy, the role of "the trade circle" has not been respected, even many people have paid dearly for their production and business activities.

It was not until the renovation was carried out, the business environment was gradually "untied" , the return of the role of "the trade and commerce" was done. In particular, with the promulgation of the 1999 Enterprise Law, thousands of enterprises were born and grew up.

According to historical documents, the businessman was the first social official of our country and was welcomed by President Ho Chi Minh in the Presidency as President. He shared the difficulties of the Government with businessmen and asked entrepreneurs to contribute effort and property to the revolutionary government.
