"My relationship with Scar began in 2000, when my wife and I met it at sea. Back then he was young and injured on his head and dorsal fin. He swam to our ship as if to seek help. We took care of it, " Armor said. Photo: Eric Cheng.
Since then Scar and a whale fish often swim to Armor's ship every time he goes to the sea. Armor can call animals by name. He recognized Armor when he swam in the water. Even Armor thought that Scar could recognize his voice.Photo: Eric Cheng.
Armor can now invite other divers to swim with sperm whales. He took two photographers Eric Cheng (USA) and Tony Wu (Japan) to the sea to witness the walks with the fish.Photo: Tony Wu.
When contacting Scar for the first time, Tony and Eric must regularly avoid the waves that the fish make. Soon the two of them also touched Scar's body. It seems to be interesting to contact them.Photo: Eric Cheng.

"Now anyone can touch Scar, but we need to remember that it is a wild animal and should be respected , " Eric said. Photo: Tony Wu.
Eric and Tony took photos of sperm whales for three days under the supervision of Armor. In those days they saw the number of fish changing but never exceeded the number 13. Photo: Tony Wu.
When sperm whales communicate with their mates, they often put their heads together before rubbing their bodies. Rubbing not only increases the level of attachment between sperm whales, but also a way for them to remove dead skin patches.Photo: Eric Cheng.
The ultrasonic noises that sperm whales created to communicate with others are also very special."We have a feeling their bodies shake every time they make such noises," Eric said. Photo: Eric Cheng.
