Photoshop CS: Dubbing images for words

In design, each font has a different form and style. There is a "formal" font, also a "light" font. The combination of colors for fonts is also a way to create a specific meaning for the font depending on the situation. In addition to the color options available in the palette, professional designers use a variety of ways to make the text more impressive. One of those ways is to nest images into text. This method is very simple, I will introduce you to 2 ways to put images into words, you only need to spend 5 minutes to practice this exercise.

Way I
Step 1 : Open a new Document
- Name: Long chu
- Size 400px x 200 px
- Background color in black (# 000000)

Step 2: Using Horizontal type tool, type a text on the Document. The size and type of font you choose, the font color is not important

Step 3: Open an existing image. You should choose images that are more detailed and colorful, so it will look better after the image is inserted.
For example, I have a picture "Hoa ly"

Step 4 : Using the Marrquee Selection tool Select a flower image area that you think is beautiful, use the Copy and Paste area of ​​the selected image to the Long Cycle Document ( note: the Floral layer must be placed above the text layer ).

Step 5 :
- Click on the "Flowers" layer.
- On the menu bar select Layer> Create clipping mask (or press Ctrl + G )
Results you have pictures

II. Method 2
Repeat steps 1 through 3

Step 4: You still use the Marrquee Selection tool. Select a lyrical image area, but you just stop at Copy (Ctrl + C) ( Don't rush to paste the image into Long chu document as in the 1st way ).

Step 5 : Return to the Long chu Document.
Click Ctrl + Click to select the text layer in the Palette layer. A broken line will be surrounded by text

- Now instead of using the usual Paste command, you have to use Paste into command (paste in full area): Edit> Paste into (or press Ctrl + shift + V )
The result is similar to the way 1.

So you have a new font style. Add a few minutes to set some text style features like: Bevel and Emboss , or Drop shadow , inner shadow to make your new text more impressive.
