The results of field surveys by experts show that the An Thoi archipelago (Phu Quoc) has 124ha coral reef area; Seagrass carpet 250ha, very diverse in species composition. These two marine ecosystems form a unique habitat for An Thoi sea. This is also the cradle of many aquatic species that grow and develop. In addition, this is also the breeding and residence area of ​​some rare and precious species such as dugong, dolphins, sea turtles .
