Phu Tho: Discovered that the species of lumpy toad fish is particularly rare
Biological experts have found lumpy toad fish in Xuan Son National Park, Thanh Son district (Phu Tho). According to biological experts, the frog with a tail collected in Xuan Son National Park is also known as the lumpy toad fish ( Tylototriton asperrimus Unterstein ).
This particularly rare species of toad fish in Vietnam was previously published in 1940. The specimen collected by Fruhstorfer in 1903 at Mau Son, Lang Son province, is currently kept at London Museum (UK).
