Two students are testing the system model at the school lab.

This product is researched by two students specializing in industrial electricity, Cao Thang Technical College (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).

The system is derived from the team members from the internship time at the enterprises. The management of electrical energy in enterprises faces many difficulties in the process of data collection and energy control.

' The process of collecting data and controlling energy takes a lot of time and effort. From that base, the team researched and developed the topic 'System for monitoring and collecting electric and industrial energy '. This product helps to collect electrical energy consumed in factories, factories, buildings . quickly and accurately, reducing time and labor costs ' - Nguyen Huu Ho, team leader, said.

In addition, this system can also help businesses control their electricity consumption to avoid the risk of being penalized for excessive consumption during peak hours.

The product of the group consists of two main parts: A universal power meter system installed in the main electrical cabinet of each room needs to measure and monitor energy.

An interface that monitors electrical energy from electrical meters is returned by the programmers themselves. HMI touch screen is installed in the monitoring room and central control. Here, the manager will record the results, measurement parameters, load graphs, incidents from the power consumption areas sent.

Nguyen Thanh Lam, group member, said that the calculation and programming data system according to the formula will help managers reduce errors in data collection process and increase measurement accuracy.

' In addition, the system is capable of reporting electrical incidents by signaling on the monitor screen to help managers handle incidents faster, prevent serious situations that might occur ' - Lam said.

This system also helps managers to monitor the full load of the factory in real time, useful for power saving planning and transport, coordination and distribution of loads to reduce electricity costs.

The console of the system can display information in Vietnamese and English.

Although there is not much knowledge about programming, but according to Mr. Pham Van Nghia's evaluation, lecturer of Electrical Engineering Faculty, Cao Thang College, the design interface is very beautiful and details are easy to manipulate. The data collected is true to reality, meeting the energy collection and monitoring section in factories and enterprises.

'The group should continue to research to make the product smarter with the ability to control the electrical system in the factory itself, to handle errors when incidents occur . ' - Nghia said.

Currently, a business has contacted the research team to be able to transfer and test product applications.
