Alexander von Bismarck, EIA CEO said: "If China does not stop illegal production, it will destroy the ozone layer which is slowly patched. CFC-11 is one of the substances that causes global warming and a serious threat to the Earth's climate ".

Bismarck also said that this issue is really systematic and has an impact on a global scale. The EIA calls on China and the Montreal Protocol parties to commit to adhere to the signed regulations. It is not exaggerating to say that environmental crime is the most dangerous crime on this planet.
