The mouse appears to be quite weak and the bean is still very small, only a few leaves on the body.

Datar Singh was surprised to see a mouse with unusual conditions while checking his vegetable garden in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India, on August 8, Newsflare reported. In the video, the mouse appears to be quite weak and the bean is still very small, only a few leaves on the body.

Soy beans somehow clung to the open wound on the mouse and started sprouting, Singh said. When he recounted the incident to the locals, they quickly went to the vegetable garden and took it to the village so others could observe.

Soybeans belong to the legume family, often used as food for humans and cattle. The time from planting to harvesting is usually about 80-120 days. Singh said he seeded 40 days ago, meaning the injured mouse survived more than a month with the bean.
