Declaring in front of journalists, Russia's Health Minister said Russia introduced three vaccine samples, including a pre-clinical test and two phase-1 clinical trials, and noted its safety. Full, nontoxic, no unwanted side effects. The vaccine is being further studied.
One of the three samples was selected to participate in the program to encourage clinical research of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade. However, there is currently no effective result of this vaccine.
The mechanism of the vaccine's prevention is to drastically reduce viral activity when infected into the body and accelerate the withdrawal of the virus.
There are nearly 80 million people worldwide infected with HIV. After 30 years since the beginning of the spread, nearly 40 million people have died from an immunodeficiency disease caused by this dangerous virus.
So far, no vaccine has been shown to be effective in preventing HIV.
