Russia successfully launched three military satellites into orbit
On the morning of December 25, Russia successfully launched a light-weight Rokot rocket from the northern Plesetsk space airport in the north, carrying Briz KM accelerator and three military satellites to orbit.

Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Colonel Dmitry Zenin said that at 4:30 am (Moscow time, 7:30 pm Vietnam time) the rocket carrying three Russian military satellites had left the third launch pad of the yard. Plesetsk space flight.
As planned, by 6: 16 minutes, the cosmic satellites have separated from the boosters and entered the target trajectory successfully. These three satellites in turn receive the numbers Kosmos-2488, Kosmos-2489 and Kosmos-2490.
The Rokot light-weight rocket is an improved version of the Russian intercontinental ballistic missile RS-18. The Rokot was first launched from Plesetsk Cosmodrome on May 16, 2000. So far, this missile has been launched into space 17 times.
