Samsung Electronics Company. has announced the development of the largest capacity MMC memory card, based on MLC technology (multi-level data compartment) in flash memory (flash memory).
Samsung also developed a new MMC based on SLC (single-level data compartment) technology to enrich the portfolio into the company's MMC card.
