The South Korean electronics company has provided 256 MB model card manufacturers, capable of transmitting data at a rate of 2.5 Gb / s, up 0.9 Gb / s compared to other devices. Available in the market.
Not stopping there, Samsung claims it will deliver 2.8 Gb / s samples later this year. The group said the memory chip was built using a new Data Bus Inversion and Multi-Preamble method, with a 56% increase in speed compared to current technology, but without revealing details.
