Signs of depression

Teenagers are ages that are very sensitive to psychological changes and are very irritable and the most serious consequence is depression. So how do parents understand their child's psychological status?

When depressed, not only their spirit and body are depressed but they are also very easy to do foolish and dangerous things. Here are some signs that your child is having psychological problems that need attention and help given by the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia:

- Your child has signs that show sadness throughout the day.

- They often talk about ending their life or giving others their personal items.

- Grudge for no reason.

- Expressing the feeling that you are useless or superfluous, for example, they often say: "Nobody cares about children".

- They often accuse themselves when they fail something.

- You observe that their body and psychology have unusual signs of depression.

- They are no longer interested in everyday activities.

- Lying in bed for a long time but could not sleep or wake up properly.

- They lose the ability to concentrate their thoughts to make decisions or remember something.

- They have conflicts with friends or school results are declining.

- Naturally use a lot of alcohol or tobacco.

- And finally your child likes to be alone.
