Skype 2 supports video calling

Experts from PC World (USA) have tested the performance of Skype 2 on IPfones IP-700M, the USB handset looks like a mobile phone. However, people still have to connect to the computer because more information is not displayed on the small LCD screen of the IP-700M. The sound quality is clear enough, although it is not comparable to a mobile phone.
