Slow down obesity

Exercise runs on skis for 15 minutes, within 15 weeks for a group of mice. The other mouse groups are completely inactive. The results showed that the first group of mice reduced 30% of body fat while the second group without weight loss even gained weight.

Recently, US researchers have come up with a conclusion that slows down daily, which can help to lose weight effectively. According to the Chicago Times, research has been conducted for many mice that are in the early stages of energy and the results show that slowing them helps prevent obesity.

To conduct this study, researchers at Stony Brook University - USA focused a large number of mice and divided them into two groups. A group was trained to run daily on a 15-minute skateboard piece. This exercise is conducted regularly for 15 weeks. The other mouse group is completely inactive. The results showed that the first group of mice reduced 30% of body fat while the second group without weight loss even gained weight.

Exercise allows a lot of energy to be consumed and therefore allows to prevent weight gain. This is true at least for young people.

Why promote muscle activity that allows the body to reduce fat storage? Muscle activities affect the development of stem cells, making these cells become muscle cells or bone cells without turning into fat cells.

If this study can be applied to people, we can expect to prevent the risk of obesity in young children.

Previously, researchers still considered obesity to be caused by metabolic dysfunction or due to problems in removing fat. But according to the study, the researchers showed that obesity is also caused by the development of the disease itself. So they went to find solutions to prevent the development of this disease.

If successful for people, then this is the first obesity measure for young people without the use of slimming pills. This measure not only helps weight loss but also allows us to control weight. This is very important in treating obesity because once a person has this disease, the patient often gains weight very quickly.

This study also gives us hope for reducing the risk of childhood obesity and common cardiovascular diseases in older people.

Until now, researchers have not seen any receptor response to exercise in treating obesity.
