When receiving the normal source of signal broadcasting SD, Bravia Engine chip increases image filtering, noise reduction, contrast contrast and spreads the color scale so that the displayed image is smooth and vibrant. In addition to receiving high-definition input signals according to HD standards, Bravia Engine chip combines a series of digital image processing techniques to increase image efficiency by three times.

These are images with high contrast, no noise and soft borders. The image quality of the processor chip is more vivid thanks to the second-generation cold fluorescent backlight (WCG-CCFL 2nd generation) applied in V series and Bravia X series, which enhances the three basic colors, blue and green. and red.

Bravia currently sells in the market with 3 X, V, and S models. All three TVs use S-PVA panels to produce high-contrast images, images that are deep in dark scenes and increase in emotion. three-dimensional sense.

Only 2 speakers, but X-series TVs can simulate 5.1 surround sound using Dolby Surround ProLogic II technology. Meanwhile, the V and S series use SRS TruSurround XT technology to create a loop sound without using 5.1 surround speakers.

All three also feature digital audio amplification systems to improve sound quality by reducing noise and distortion. The above TV models all have ports that connect to computers to act as a computer screen when needed.
