Elon Musk's Space X Space Exploration Technology Group successfully launched 60 small satellites in the Starlink project into low-Earth orbit.

SpaceX launched the Falcon 9 rocket carrying 60 satellites into orbit from Cape Canaveral Air Force Base in Florida, similar to the launch the company carried out in May 2019.

The launch aims to realize SpaceX's ambition in the Starlink project to provide high-speed Internet around the world. SpaceX says the group's satellites will operate for Canada and North America next year. To reach the Internet for most parts of the world, it will need at least 24 similar launches.

Chairman Elon Musk hopes that with Starlink, SpaceX will control 3% -5% of the global Internet market - a potential market with revenue of about 30 billion USD per year. Starlink revenues play a key role in helping pay for Musk's greater goal of developing rocket and spacecraft to send people to the moon and even to bring humans to Mars. populate.

In its original plan, SpaceX plans to deploy a total of 12,000 satellites into orbit from now until 2027 to create a network that resembles a super constellation. However, recently, this group has been approved by the US Government to deploy an additional 30,000 satellites.

The deployment of 42,000 satellites has worried some scientists and astronomers that the dense presence of bright metal blocks could seriously impair night vision, hampering the operation of telescope as well as lead to collision between satellites.

With the ambition to cover all over the world with fast speed and cheap price, the Starlink project's satellites will be launched into low orbit (about 550km) to help the internet transmission time much faster and have avoid the "cramped" state of the high orbit, where thousands of other satellites are active.
