In particular, if it is a floating product on the market, the longer the chemical has an impact on insects after spraying, the more people must inhale these chemicals every day. Even for the insecticides issued by the Ministry of Health for safety certification, regular contact is not beneficial for health.

Need to spray properly

Professor Tran Van Sung said that before, insecticidal products were often produced in three groups: organochlorine-based groups (including substances such as Aldrin, DDVP, DDT, BHC, Lindane), groups of phosphorus Organic phosphorus (including Dichlorvos, Mathathion, Diazinon) and Pyrethrine-based group. Group 1 and 2 mosquito sprays have been banned for use because they are very toxic.Users can be poisoned without wearing a mask, having a skin allergy, watery eyes, itching, sneezing, difficulty breathing .

Currently most insecticide products are imported. Products of large firms are in group 3, which is the chemical composition of Pyrethrine. Its advantages are safe for humans, warm-blooded animals, relatively low concentrations. Most of these products are tested and assessed to affect people and animals.

When spraying these drugs, chemicals will stick to the surface of walls, cabinets, furniture. Insect pests will be paralyzed by the nervous system and die. Depending on the dosage, location, and spraying weather, mosquitoes are effective for 3 - 6 months with the dosage according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Professor Tran Van Sung gave instructions, people should only spray periodically every 3 - 6 months . Ideally after spraying from 30 minutes to an hour, it is recommended to open the door for ventilation. Do not let elderly and young children enter a new insecticide spray room to prevent side effects.
