According to the Central Hydrometeorological Center, the low pressure area formed off the Philippines has just strengthened into a tropical depression. This morning, the tropical depression is located in the north of the island of Luke, the area near the strong center of level 6, level 8.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, tropical depressions will move in the direction between West and West Northwest, each hour is 15-20 km and has a stronger ability. 10/7 noon, tropical low pressure will go into the Northeast of the East Sea.

On the morning of July 11, the tropical depression center went deep into the northeastern sea of ​​the Hoang Sa archipelago and strengthened to one level. The Northeast Sea has a 9-degree wind.

In addition, the sea from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau has strong winds of level 7. The sea is strong.

In that gas, a new heat wave starting from 9/7 is raging in Central Vietnam. The provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue had hot weather of over 36 degrees, with the focus being mountainous districts with many limestone mountains in Nghe An and Ha Tinh.

It is forecasted that in the next 2 days, the North and Central Central region will be on a large scale, the highest temperature is 37 degrees Celsius, there are 38 degrees C.
