Storm Koppu jerked level 17 headed for the East Sea
Currently, a very strong storm is operating in the waters off the eastern Philippines and has an international name as Koppu.

At 13 hours on October 16, the location of the center of the storm is about 15.7 degrees Vi Bac; 126.4 degrees Kinh Dong, about 500km from Lu Dong Island (Philippines) to the East. The strongest winds in the area near the storm center are strong at level 13 (ie from 135 to 150 km per hour), level 15-16.

Due to the influence of the circulation of typhoon Koppu, the north-eastern sea in the North and between the East Sea has strong winds of level 6-8, level 9-10. The sea is very strong.
