Typhoon Tokage jerked level 10-11 toward the East Sea

This morning (November 25), the tropical depression strengthened into a storm and the international name was Tokage.

At 7 o'clock , the location of the center of the storm is about 11.4 degrees Vi Bac; 122.5 degrees east longitude, in the central region of the Philippines. The strongest wind is in the area near the center of strong storm level 8 (60-75km / hour), level 9-10.
