Storm No. 9 Manyi, level 12, about 200km from Hoang Sa archipelago

At 4:00 a.m. this morning (November 19) , the center of storm No. 9 was at about 18.9 degrees North latitude; 115.0 degrees East longitude, in the North East Sea, about 390km northeast of Hoang Sa archipelago. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 10 (89-102km/h), gusting to level 12. Moving westward at a speed of 15-20km/h.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, in the next 24-72 hours, storm No. 9 will continue to move West Southwest and continue to weaken .

Specifically , at 4:00 a.m. on January 20, the storm moved West Southwest, at a speed of 15-20 km/h, continuing to weaken further in the western area of ​​the North East Sea; about 200 km north-northwest of Hoang Sa archipelago, level 8 intensity, gust level 10.

At 4:00 a.m. on November 21 , the storm moved to the West Southwest, at a speed of about 10km/h, gradually weakening into a tropical depression, then a low pressure area in the sea off the Central Central region.

Due to the impact of storm No. 9, the North East Sea area has strong winds of level 6-7, the area near the storm's eye has winds of level 8-10, gusts of level 12, waves 3.0-5.0m high, the area near the storm's eye has waves of 5.0-7.0m; very rough seas.

Vessels operating in the above mentioned dangerous areas are susceptible to the effects of strong winds and large waves.
