Storm No. 4 weakens into a tropical depression, the Central is heavy

At 4 o'clock on September 13 , the position of the tropical depression was about 15.6 degrees north latitude; 108.2 degrees Kinh Dong, on the mainland of Quang Nam-Quang Ngai provinces. The strongest wind in the area near the center of strong tropical low pressure level 7 (50-60km / hour), level 8-9.
It is forecasted that in the next 6-12 hours , tropical depressions will move in the west-northwest direction, each hour can be 15-20km, continue to go deep inland and weaken into a low pressure area in southern Laos.
The strongest wind in the center of the low pressure area falls below level 6 (below 40km / hour).
Due to the influence of the tropical depression, the waters off Quang Tri and Quang Ngai provinces (including Cu Lao Cham and Ly Son island district) this morning also have strong winds of level 6, level 7-8. The sea is rough. Level 3 disaster risk level.
On the mainland, provinces from Quang Binh to Quang Nam have strong winds of level 6-9.
Today and night (September 13) , in the provinces from Nghe An to Thua Thien-Hue, there is moderate rain and heavy rain; Particularly in Quang Tri and Thua Thien-Hue provinces, heavy rain is very big (popular 50-150mm).
