The local emergency assistance agency said it had received many calls from people regarding the incident and forced local officials to speak out to assure them that this was merely a weather phenomenon. .

Clouds like this can be taller from 4,800m to 5,700m ". These clouds receive sunlight, so they will have bright yellow or slightly reddish color like fire.
