Does dieting help weight loss? And how does it help? Until now, science has come up with a solution to the problem of headache for people who are struggling with dieting every day.

Sugar is one of the foods that can cause fat accumulation, so some diets require insiders to absolutely abstain from sugar. And for those who can't live without that sweet food, they choose to use diet.

However, science has recently made low-carb devotees disillusioned. Specifically, the study, published in Cell Metabolism, showed that dietary sugar when combined with other low-carbohydrate foods accidentally increases the amount of food you eat.

Previously, there have been a number of studies showing that dietary sugar stimulates hunger, and experts from the Charles Perkins Center at Sydney University have sought to prove it.

They performed an experiment in fruit flies, which allowed them to absorb different diets. As a result, the fly-eating group also consumed a significant amount of food. In particular, the difference will be greater when the amount of sugar absorbed increases.
