Webaroo said it has used an end-to-end technology that can detect and analyze web content that is good for integration in web packages. The company has tried to select the pages with the most extensive information to attract more users. Every time the computer is connected to the Internet, the software will update the new content and delete the old information completely automatically.

Brad Husick, Chairman of Webaroo, admits that many people still need to connect directly to send e-mail and instant messages (IM). However, their service will be very useful in many cases such as searching Wikipedia encyclopedia, searching for restaurants .

To access the web offline, people must have a laptop running on Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (SP4) or Windows XP SP2 with at least 1 GB capacity. The service also works with Windows Pocket PC 2003 Second Edition compatible handsets, but most of these products have limited capacity so users will need to add a memory card.

Acer spokesman Acer said the company will integrate the software in some of its new laptops.
