cold air weakens

Due to the weak air mass, the weather in the Northern provinces at noon and afternoon of February 13 (Tet 28th) is sunny and the temperature rises to 18-20 degrees.

On March 31, cold air weakened and shifted to the east, the North only had a few rain, bright and late night, noon, cloudy, sunny, the temperature increased to over 22 degrees C.
