The boy, James Edgar, 11, of Caernarfon, Northern Wales (England), seems to be the most 'happy' person in the world because he never stopped laughing.

In fact, the little boy, James Edgar, has a strange syndrome that makes the boy's face always smiling and looking very happy.The syndrome that James Edgar suffers is called 'Angelman' or 'Happy Puppet' .This syndrome has been linked to some brain problems and only occurs in no more than 1,000 people in the UK.
Rachel Martin, the mother of James Edgar, said: 'James is a lovely, happy boy. I am the joy and happiness for our family. Even though James is always happy, he has many other emotions without showing off. '

Currently James is living with his mother and 3 siblings in Caernarfon. Although James could not speak, he was very interested in his mother's iPad. It helped James integrate with family members.
