The bus station is built with Lego blocks in London
Recently, another interesting bus-related project in London was conducted.
Buses are one of the extremely popular public transport in many major cities today. Not only is it a transportation vehicle, for British Londoners, the bus is also a symbol of this city. Referring to the London bus, the image of the red double-decker buses has become so familiar.
Recently, another interesting bus-related project in London was conducted. The project of building a bus station in Regent Street, London with the main material is lego blocks. This project is located in the annual transportation bus campaign of London. Besides, it aims to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Routemaster double-decker bus, a symbol of London.
This special bus station was built by Duncan Titmarsh, who was dubbed the 'Lego Professional' of England. It took him more than 14 days and about 100,000 pieces of lego pieces to complete this project. Lego puzzle pieces are placed on the framework designed by Trueform construction company.
Transport director London, Leon Daniels said: 'We are delighted to partner with Lego, Trueform and Duncan brother to create this special project. A bus stop built with lego blocks will definitely bring a sense of fun and reduce the boredom for people waiting for buses here. Every day thousands of people pass through Regent Street by bus, this special building hopes to leave a good mark for those who have come here. '
As expected, this lego bus station will be completed on July 15. However, how long this work can last is a rather problematic issue.
