The child is born unknown or boy

An unusual child was born at Amsar Gyshlag, Gusarsky region of Azerbaijan. Doctors cannot determine the sex of the baby, even the baby's mother cannot know whether it is a boy or a girl.

The baby was born on April 12; weighs 3.6 kg and 50cm long. Her mother, Bakhar Gurbanova, began breastfeeding. Bakhar said she was prepared to greet a son, because earlier ultrasound results showed that she was pregnant with a boy.

But when she was in labor, the doctors said she gave birth to a baby girl. However, later, the doctors said: the sex of this child has not been determined.

Seher Ismailova, a geneticist of the central hospital in Baku, Azerbaijan, said that this is a very rare case, with such an odd case for every 2,000 new babies. Dr Seher said: " Such anomalies will be resolved through surgery. However, the problem here is that the sex of the child has not been determined ."

The gender of this child will be revealed after the results of genetic testing, especially after chromosomal analysis. Medical experts said that it may be because the pregnant mother used hormone stimulants, which in turn affected the sex of the fetus.
