Photographer Howard Kearley witnessed and recorded a 30cm-long weasel rushing to bite a rabbit's neck near Rye in western Sussex, England, Longroom reported on 8 May.
While walking the dog, Kearley was struck by the rabbit's pathetic cry. " I was walking the dog with my wife when I heard the sound of bunny noise. The rabbit was at least 4 times bigger than the ecmi , it looked really big in the picture. The ecmi mink kept the rabbit's neck tightly, not letting the prey run. hide, " Kearley recounted.
"I have never witnessed such a scene before. It seems that the instinct to tell a weasel is the most vulnerable position. Since the rabbit is so big, ecmi ferrets cannot kill it immediately. After the rabbit died , the 62-year-old photographer said.
Ecmi ferrets belong to the weasel family and live in different regions throughout the UK. They swim very well. Their main food source is rabbit meat, mice and birds.
