The incident happened on June 1 in the city of Huntington Beach in California, USA. The video recorded by the camera on a car shows the sight of a small Cessna Skyhawk plane gliding through the roof of cars while making an emergency landing on a busy road.

While cars parked on the side of the road to avoid collisions, the plane's pilot avoids traffic signs, lampposts and telephone poles before successfully landing on the street.
Police at the scene said the pilot was extremely calm and not embarrassed by what happened.
John Wayne airport spokesman said the Cessna Skyhawk plane crashed while preparing to land at the airport and was forced to respond urgently to the road.
