The moon landing scene is made up of thousands of photographs
Although we do not lack the footage of recorded scenes of people landing on the Moon - one of humanity's biggest steps - but according to graphic designer Christian Stangl, the videos are not worthy an event of such a great stature .
And instead of using old footage, he used thousands of still photographs taken by Apollo astronauts to combine into a beautiful, grandiose and equally modern video as below.
Astronaut steps from the spacecraft to the Moon.
In the process, Stangl has assembled a series of photographs to create a panorama image with a wider landscape (Panoramic Stitching), allowing camera movements to be performed. At the same time, he also searched for continuous shots during the landing of the crew in order to add to the video, creating stop motion frames with smooth movement. It sounds simple, but Stangl took two years to complete the movie, including putting together everything with Adobe's After Effect application, then adding background music to himself. Stangl's brother compiled.
