The North received more intense cold waves

In Hanoi, the lowest temperature recorded in Lang station is 23 degrees, Ha Dong and Ba Vi stations are 21-22 degrees Celsius.

The Central Hydrometeorological Center said, today, cold air continues to flow to the North and North Central. The lowest heat background will be at 20-22 degrees, the mountain area is 16-18 degrees, some places are below 15 degrees Celsius.

Meteorological Agency warns, from October 30, on the rivers from Nghe An to Ninh Thuan will appear flood with an upside amplitude from 3 to 8m, downstream 1-4m. The risk of large floods, flash floods in small rivers and streams, landslides in mountainous areas, local flooding in low-lying areas, and very low.

After this phase, the North continues to receive a new monsoon with strong intensity, temperature drop by 2-3 degrees C. From November 1 to 4, the Central Coast coast continues to have heavy rain, particularly Ha Tinh - Phu Yen has a very heavy rain. Localities need to ensure safety of reservoirs due to flooding.
