The reason men absolutely should not sleep less

According to Men's Health, the American Cancer Society looked at health data as well as men's sleeping habits from 1950 to 1972 and from 1982 to 2012. All volunteers were initially healthy but arrived. When the study ended, there were more than 10,200 people with cancer.
To explain this change, the scientists focused on the sleep habits of volunteers and found that men under 65 years of age only slept 3-5 hours a night, more than 55% of prostate cancer. compared to people sleeping 7 hours. For groups over 65, mortality from prostate cancer between people who sleep less and get enough sleep is the same.
Recognizing that the results need further study, the American Cancer Society says it is not possible to confirm a lack of carcinogenic sleep but recommends that men pay more attention to sleep to improve overall health.
