The smallest coffee machine in the world 'stir' office workers

Depressed with instant coffee at the office, a German amateur inventor Christoph Meyr has created a Piamo espresso machine that can deliver a perfect cup of coffee within 30 minutes. seconds.

Having worked in a 600-person environment, the café was too far away from the office, and the kitchen had a microwave oven, while Christoph Meyr loved the coffee. But having to drink instant coffee has made Christoph Meyr boring.

Once Christoph Meyr confided to his brother about this and suggested the idea of creating a 'coffee machine' that could take advantage of the microwave. Both have consistently experimented with many versions in succession.

Finally, Christoph Meyr succeeded and created the world's smallest coffee maker with three components: a drinking cup, a coffee filter and a water lid. The coffee machine operates in a simple way: When it is put into the microwave, the water in the lid evaporates through the coffee in the closed lid.

So the droplet of coffee will fall into the cup and in just 30 seconds can make a cup of hot coffee. With this invention, Christoph Meyr hopes to 'end' the cheap instant coffee that is still in widespread use among office workers around the world.

Christoph Meyr names his baby ' Piamo' and he is receiving funding from the German website StartNext to further improve and replicate production. If successful, these ultra-fast machines are expected to sell for £ 60 and it can work wherever they are.
