The US banned BPA from producing baby bottles

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has officially announced the ban on the use of bisphenol A, also known as BPA, in the manufacture of bottles and bottles of drinking water for children. BPA is an artificial chemical used in the manufacture of plastic bottles and food containers and is also the subject of scientific research for many years.

Manufacturers have stopped using this chemical to produce baby bottles and drinking cups, and the FDA said its prohibition was to meet the requirements of the American Chemical Council (ACC).

Steven Immergut, a spokesman for the FDA, said that in 2008, the FDA had declared BPA safe, but concerns about BPA's health impact have increased since 2010.

BPA has been used since the 1960s to produce hard plastic bottles, children's drinking cups and food covers, beverage containers . Since then, this substance has been used to produce Baby bottles, but now most manufacturers no longer use them.

This substance can permeate in food and a study of 2,000 people showed that more than 90% have BPA in the urine.

Many reports indicate that BPA has a negative effect on health, leading to a boycott of products containing this substance. Canada, Chicago, and New York have banned the use of BPA to produce children's items.

In 2010, the FDA said there were concerns about the potential effects of BPA on the brain, the reproductive system of babies, babies and young children. It is consumer concerns about the safety of BPA that the FDA has decided to ban the use of BPA in the production of bottles and baby cups.
