There is steam and ozone on the Martian atmosphere

For the first time, European scientists discovered steam and ozone, and drew their distribution maps in the atmosphere of Mars, the Red Planet.

In January 2006, the European Space Agency's "Mars Express" (ESA) "probe" went into orbit 50 to 150 km from the surface of the Red Planet. The research equipment on the ship has collected and transferred to Earth a lot of new information, especially the surface of Mars.

The probe also detected bright light at night of nitrogen monoxide (NO) at a height of 70-100km in Mars's atmosphere.

Snow ice was also discovered at the southern tip of Mars at the end of summer.

Scientific instruments on the Mars probe have also mapped minerals on most Martian surfaces. Accordingly, all the minerals on Earth are present on the Red Planet, but not the carbonate salts (H2CO3), although these salts are very common on Earth in the form of coal and oil.
