According to the Central Hydrometeorological Center, at 4:00 am on September 25, the position of the tropical depression center is about 220 km from the coast of Quang Ninh-Hai Phong to the East of Southeast. It is forecasted that in the next 12 hours , tropical depressions will move in the West-Northwest direction, 20-25km per hour. With the above movement speed, this afternoon (September 25), the low pressure will enter the mainland of Quang Ninh-Hai Phong provinces with level 6 wind and level 8 shock.

At 16:00 on the same day, the position of tropical depressions was on land in Quang Ninh-Hai Phong area. The strongest wind in the area near the center of strong tropical depression at level 6 (40-50km per hour), level 8 shock.

In the next 12 to 24 hours, low pressure moves west-northwest, weakening into a low pressure area and gradually dissipating in the northern mountainous region.

Meteorological agency warns, due to the influence of low pressure, causing strong winds and big waves on the sea: In the North of Tonkin Gulf area (including the islands of Bach Long Vy, Co To, Cat Hai and Van Don) winds increased to level 6, noon and afternoon increased to level 7, level 9; ocean waves 2-3m high; strong sea.
