Today, Hanoi outdoor heat hits 40 degrees Celsius

Hot low pressure areas combined with phlegm effects continue to dominate the weather of North and Central provinces, causing severe heat. It is forecasted that on June 10, Hanoi maintains the highest temperature of 37 degrees Celsius, but the outdoor temperature may reach 40 degrees C.

Experts from the Center for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting said that the hot and low pressure block in combination with the windy wind also continues to cause widespread heat in the northern and central provinces until the end of this week.

In recent days, Hanoi area has been continuously hot sunshine, especially at noon and early afternoon. Although the highest temperature is measured in meteorological tents at 37 degrees, but by absorbing heat by many dense construction areas, outdoor temperatures, peaks in Hanoi often reach 39- 40 degrees. This uneasy state still continues in the coming days. Therefore, people need to have sun protection plan, protect their health when traveling outdoors.

The hot sunshine also took place in the central provinces, especially from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue.

From Da Nang to Binh Thuan, the lowest temperature is 25-28 degrees; highest 34-37 degrees. Central Highlands sunny day, lowest temperature 21-24 degrees; highest 29 - 32 degrees.
