In mountainous provinces from Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang to Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Son La will have moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms. In the thunderstorm there was the possibility of tornado and strong wind.

Especially, some places in Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Lao Cai and Ha Giang provinces should pay attention to the risk of landslides and rocks.
