Trust helps extend life
People over 100 think that faith and belief are the source of their longevity.
The survey conducted by UnitedHealth in the United States on 100-year-olds out of 100 shows that 23% say that trust, instead of gene or health care regimes, is a key factor in a long life.
61% of them said that they did not wish to do something more in life, but 78% said they did not expect anything less for a lifetime.
13% wish they had traveled more, 9% said they expected not to work so hard and 6% wished they had spent more time with their families.
The survey also found that 30% of those over 100 years old considered building a family the most satisfying success while 20% considered the most important of their careers.
