Tungurahua volcano in Ecuador returned after eight decades
About 3,700 people are currently evacuated from the Tungurahua volcano, 135km south of Ecuador's capital Quito.
Tungurahua volcano began to move since May - being the most active since 1999, when it became active after eight decades of quiet sleep.
Casua town was evacuated when the volcano began to erupt lava and toxic gases.
There have been no reports of casualties, but roads and bridges have been blocked and villagers have lost their animals and crops.
Many villagers have to flee in schools and churches in the nearby town of Pingue.
Soldiers help evacuate residents from the volcanic area. President Alfredo Palacio also visited the affected villages.
