In addition, taking advantage of free time, he researched and manufactured brick production machines. After many years of pregnancy, in March 2006, Mr. Luong decided to establish Hong Giang Company Limited, specializing in construction materials business and he continued his research idea.

At first, his invention had many difficulties, he had to replenish the machine up to 8 times to be successful, but its main reason was that the rotation speed was not as expected. Each time he had to buy new materials to test again, he later found out the type of motor that controls the speed of automatic rotation, the machine works as intended and produces the desired product.

He confided: ' In order to have money to research this machine, I had to sell 2 trucks and a residential lot. Sometimes I feel frustrated by the cost, but passion does not allow me to give up, plus the help of my family has made it '.

After 6 years of research, his work has also been rewarded well, in April 2009 the first super-light brick was born, able to float on the water surface soundproof, thermal insulation, environmentally friendly.

A system from the mixing machine, foaming machine, until the crusher, sieve, mortar pushing machine are all researched and manufactured by Mr. Luong. From the coal crusher he also improved to run smoothly and more durable, not polluting the environment.

The material used to manufacture his lightweight construction bricks, Luong is made from waste products such as corn cobs, corn stalks, straw, bagasse, coconut fiber, rice husk or sawdust, wood chips, cement. . One of the important elements of this ultra-light material is the foaming agent. It took him a long time to study, it was made from animal skin, sap and some other foaming agents.
